1 You PUBLISH your data

Upload your data to iamResearcher or host your data somewhere else and describe your data and how to access it on iamResearcher. You can make the data completely open so that other researchers can download directly, or you can enable the request feature so that others can only see the meta data or description. Your data will be protectly securely.

2 Others browse, search and REQUEST to access your data

Other researchers may want to use your data to do a different analysis to write a paper or a project bid. They find data via iamResearcher and send a request to access your data with a proposal of how to reward you.

For example, you can be rewarded in the following methods:

• by adding data publisher as an author of a paper
• by writing a project bid together
• by payment

3 You GRANT the access to your data

Once you have granted the access, others who requested your data could download the data/files from iamResearcher or wherever you have hosted your data. You can see the contact information of the researchers and start collaborating.
